Quick + Easy + Healthy = Cauliflower Rice

Its been a while that I’ve been switching cauliflower rice for white, or brown rice. It just feels lighter than normal rice and the flavour is great. Also, it soaks up the juices or gravy really well, and I think it’s so versatile. You can add parsley, coriander, ginger, garam masala or even cheese, and it’s a meal on its own.
