Lighter version Lighter version

Need a quick aperitivo or even a tasty dinner quickly? Do have a packet of pastry in the fridge? Do you keep homemade tomato sauce in the freezer? Here’s the recipe in case you missed it…

I’ve needed to make a “pizza” without the normal bread dough, and I’ve used puff or flaky ready made pastry instead. It’s a much lighter version, a little more elegant than the traditional version.

Just defrost your tomato sauce or if you must, open a jar of ready made sauce! spread it over your pastry, and I covered it with turkey ham, feta cheese and fuetlike a chouriço but a little less heavy. Drizzle your best olive oil, some herbs, and in the oven for 20 minutes.
