Last week I made cauliflower bread for the first time, and several people asked for the recipe so here it is.
I love this vegetable in 100 different ways and when I found this recipe, I thought it worth a try. It’s easy, just a little work is needed to get the cauliflower as “dry” as possible but it’s a super important step so do not rush it. It keeps moist for several days as it does have butter and tastes great with savoury toppings.
Here’s a great video that explains in several easy steps how to make this fantastic healthy bread. I placed extra chopped herbs on top, and put some cheese in the recipe but I leave that up to you!
